UPS was in need of a new “Get a Quote” experience for small and medium sized businesses in the european market. The previously existing solution was very rather complex and visually outdated. The conversion rate was low due to a very text heavy and insufficiently branded UI. However the brand provides a much higher potential for a more intriguing customer experince. As part of a talented and diverse team I have contributed by exploring a new look & feel, creating a whole new user interface and tackling complex barriers that previously resulted in a high drop-off rate. The new approach provides guidance, snackable and conversational instructions, a fresh and lightweight brand experience and user friendly overall structure.
